The short version

  • The pilot shortlist is free, with no obligation.
  • Any fee for a hire is agreed in writing first. No agreement means no fee.
  • Use candidate profiles only for the agreed role and keep them confidential.
  • We keep your role details confidential.

01The service

RightHire (a sole proprietorship of Ramisetty Harsha Vardhan, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India) helps companies and recruitment partners hire for tech, engineering and AI/ML roles by delivering short, evidence-backed candidate shortlists. These terms cover this website and our pilot. Paid engagements are covered by a separate written agreement (for example, an engagement letter or email confirming fees), which takes priority over these terms if they conflict.

02Free pilot

  • The pilot is a free shortlist for one open role, with no obligation to pay or to continue.
  • We aim to deliver 3–5 strong matches, but the number depends on the role and the market, and we'll be honest if we find fewer.
  • If you hire someone we introduced during the pilot, we'll agree any fee with you in writing before sharing candidate identities. Without a written agreement, no fee applies.

03No guarantee of a hire

We verify evidence carefully, but we can't guarantee that any candidate will accept an offer or perform in a particular way. Hiring decisions, interviews, reference checks and employment terms are the client's responsibility.

04Using candidate information

  • Candidate profiles are shared with the candidate's consent and only for the agreed role. Use them only to evaluate candidates for that role.
  • Keep profiles confidential, don't pass them to third parties, and delete them when you no longer need them.
  • Please follow applicable law, including India's DPDP Act, 2023, when handling candidate data. See our privacy policy.

05Confidentiality

We keep the role details and business information you share confidential and use them only for your search. We're happy to sign an NDA on request.

06Website content

The content on this site is provided for information. Examples, including sample evidence cards and sample shortlists, are clearly labelled and use fictional candidates. The RightHire name and logo belong to RightHire. Please don't reuse them without permission.

07Liability

To the extent the law allows, RightHire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the free pilot is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. We'd always prefer to sort things out by talking first, so please get in touch.
